Hailey Bieber has finally opened up about life at home with son Jack and husband Justin Bieber.

At Vogue’s Forces of Fashion event in Australia on Friday, Feb. 13, Hailey said, “Balance is a difficult word because I don’t know if it’s possible to accomplish full balance. If you have, let me know how you got there.”

Hailey also mentioned how Justin helps keep her balanced while being a mother and an entrepreneur, saying, “Having a great partner is really important, and sharing responsibilities. I’m here working, and my son is at home with his dad, living his best life. Having that support is very freeing and makes the decision a little bit easier.”
Also at the event, she said how becoming a mother helped her become a better businesswoman.

The model said, “I am a very big believer in our ‘nos’ being more powerful than our ‘yeses,’ and becoming a mom has made me refocus on what’s important to me. Sometimes it’s hard and painful to say no to things, but I also think that saying no ends up serving you more in the end, because then you can show up in other spaces as your best self.”

Hailey and Justin tied the knot in September 2018 and welcomed Jack, 18 months, in August 2024. Jack arrived two years after Hailey founded her skincare brand, Rhode, which she sold to e.l.f. beauty for $1 million back in May 2025.
