Gaza Board of Peace member nations “have committed thousands of personnel to the International Stabilization Force,” United States President Donald Trump confirmed in a Truth Social post on Sunday.
In addition to personnel, board members have pledged over $5 billion to humanitarian and reconstruction efforts in Gaza, Trump announced.
An official announcement regarding personnel and funding will be made during a board meeting scheduled for Thursday at the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace in Washington, he said.
The board, which Trump is chairman of, “has unlimited potential” and “will prove to be the most consequential International Body in History,” he claimed.
Trump added a call for Hamas to uphold its commitment to full and immediate demilitarization.
This is a developing story.
