The IDF found a weapons cache belonging to Hamas’s Rafah brigade during operational activity in the area of the Yellow Line in southern Gaza on Monday, the IDF announced.
The military said it found “a large amount of guns, an RPG rocket, and an explosive device that were going to be used to harm IDF soldiers operating in the area.”
The statement noted that the IDF would continue working to kill terrorists and dismantle terrorist infrastructures in the southern Gaza Strip according to the ceasefire agreement.
Additionally, on Tuesday morning, the IDF reportedly began demolishing a home in the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit, in the West Bank, according to reports from Palestinian media.
According to the Palestinian-run WAFA news agency, the house was demolished by the IDF because it did not have a valid building permit. The IDF has yet to release a statement on the demolition.
