Brook Compton has spoken out about her behaviour on Married At First Sight’s dinner party episode this week. Viewers were blown away by how the 27-year-old model acted as she ripped into her fellow cast mates.

It seemed no one was safe from Brook during the explosive dinner, which ended with one bride storming out after the model kickstarted a rumour about her husband. The Gold Coast native told Woman’s Day her conduct was not on.

“There was no excuse for how I behaved,” she said.

Interestingly, Channel 9 has turned off the comments on all the Instagram videos it posted about the dinner party episode.

While Brook admitted she was at fault, she said viewers at home don’t know the full picture.

“But you have to understand what it’s like being in that environment.

“You’ve got people egging you on, producers egging you on. I was told I wasn’t allowed to talk to Stella one on one, I could only do it in a group setting.

“Even before I came back, producers were like, ‘Don’t come back for Chris – we know you don’t like him.’”

She claimed she drank two bottles of champagne before she arrived at the dinner party as she had to wait in a car for four hours.

Still, she admitted she acted like a “cow” and that wasn’t acceptable.

She’s since reached out to Stella to apologise, who apparently said it’s all water under the bridge.

Viewers outraged by Brook’s ‘disgusting’ behaviour

As the episode unfolded on Wednesday night, viewers couldn’t believe what they were seeing from the young mum-to-be, who is now expecting a baby with her ex.

“I cannot get over what an awful human being Brook is… what kind of role model is she going to be for her kid? Is she going to teach them it’s okay to bully others? She was being a disgusting witch at dinner party,” one said.

“I got really upset watching this episode & I am sure I am not the only one who felt it… Brook’s behaviour was disgusting,” added another.

“I can’t believe Brook is the same person that was offended by Chris’s comments in his audition video when she acts just as bad,” wrote a third.

At one point, Brook yelled at Alissa and asked whether the nurse’s parents would be proud of her for how she’s acted on the show.

She also called Alissa a “ratchet b***h”.

She ripped into Stella for complaining at the commitment ceremony that not everyone was happy for her and Filip’s strong bond.

The model then turned her sights on Danny, the British real estate agent, and said she could drop a bombshell that would ruin his marriage, but she kept her lips shut.

His bride, Bec, asked Gia what Brook meant, and she revealed Danny told Gia that she was his usual type.

Bec was furious and despite desperate pleas from Danny that the claims were a lie, she stormed out.

But Brook was also called out by viewers for her callous approach to her groom Chris.

She left the experiment on Tuesday night in dramatic scenes without much explanation.

It left Chris incredibly upset and he didn’t want to continue filming. But he was eventually convinced to attend the dinner party.

Brook then unexpectedly arrived at the dinner once everyone had started eating.

“I didn’t know she was coming back,” Chris said on MAFS: After The Dinner Party on Stan.

“She kept that from me, and even before she left, we’d spoken about what we were and then seeing her, I guess there would have been like this little, faint bit of hope.”

But Brook barely talked to him in the footage that was shown on Channel 9 and she even joked about being a “runaway bride” and that she would do that every week.

The model told Woman’s Day that she hasn’t spoken to Chris since the experiment ended and that he’s “blocked”.
