The Lebanese army claimed that an IDF force fired at an observation post being established in Marj Ayoun in the border area. According to a Lebanese army statement, an Israeli drone simultaneously flew at low altitude and attempted to force army personnel to leave the post. Following the incident, the Lebanese army ordered its troops to remain at the post and return fire toward the sources of shooting. The matter is being monitored with the ceasefire oversight committee and UNIFIL.
