Known also as the Circular Sun House, the hilltop home was designed by Wright shortly before his death in 1959, built in 1967, and underwent a renovation in 1995. Designed to blend with the curves of the surrounding desert mountain, the layout of the home is designed as a series of overlapping concentric circles that create a flowing floor plan.

Outside, the home features curved walls clad in golden-hued Philippine mahogany. The circular construction evokes the form of the Guggenheim and nearby David and Gladys Wright House, which Wright completed for his son in 1952.

The home was previously listed for $8.95 million in early 2023.
