While there is still no news on the date of the wedding, this day at the races is just further confirmation that Harriet Sperling is more than ready to become the newest member of the Firm. Her love story with Peter Phillips has been blossoming ever since they first appeared together in public in May 2024, when a source told The Sun that the couple looked ‘smitten’ at Badminton.
It is thought that they met at a sporting event fo One of Phillips’ friends revealed to The Telegraph that he had ‘recently’ found a new partner after splitting his partner of three years, Lindsay Wallace earlier that year, and that, while the two were ‘spending time together’, it was too early to comment on the nature of the still burgeoning relationship.
Sperling has always seemed comfortable with royal company, appearing relaxed when Peter introduced her to Queen Camilla. The paediatric specialist was in high spirits as she joined the royals for one of the family’s favourite outings, Badminton. Come Ascot in the summer of 2024, Peter introduced Harriet to his uncle, King Charles.
