With the Formula 1 season underway and a lot happening on the track, including the recent cancellations of two Grand Prix races in the Middle East scheduled for April 2026, at least one thing is moving on a seemingly straightforward and uncomplicated trajectory for Sir Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time World Champion in Formula 1 racing. That something going well is his love life and budding romance with reality television star Kim Kardashian.

Now a source has revealed an inside look into the couple’s blossoming romance. Here’s what you should know about the relationship between the motorsport racer and the SKIMS mogul.

They Have ‘Strong Feelings’ For Each Other

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton, who now drives for Scuderia Ferrari F1 team, have been linked as friends as far back as 2014. Previously, Hamilton was romantically connected with Kardashian’s younger sister, Kendall Jenner, though there doesn’t seem to be any tension nor poor feelings between anyone with the new romance between Kim and Lewis.

Speaking to US Magazine, a source close to the couple said, “They are going strong and really happy. Lewis is head over heels and those closest to him believe he has finally met his match. He has waited over a decade for his dream girl and is crazy about her.”

The source continued, saying that,”They are both very committed to making things work no matter how long the distance is or how busy they are. Because their relationship started with a friendship first, those closest to them believe this could be endgame for them both.”

The Pair Have Been Facetiming From The F1 Paddock

The source also revealed that Lewis Hamilton has been Facetiming Kim Kardashian from the paddock regularly since the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship season began. Both have been supportive of each other’s busy, globetrotting career as they are able to understand the pressure and demands placed on one another.

“Lewis is such a great guy and has really been courting her and treating her right. He’s been making all the plans and making sure she is taken care of. Everyone around her thinks it’s really sweet and what she deserves. Kim has had such a relaxed aura recently in all aspects of her life. Her mindset has totally changed. She’s not forcing anything, just letting it unfold naturally,” revealed the inside source.

Fans were hoping that Kardashian would make an appearance at the recent 2026 Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix race in Melbourne, but instead she posted photos of her quiet time at home with her four kids, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West. There’s still hope, though, for Kim Kardashian to make an appearance on the F1 paddock and to help her new beau celebrate a victory on the race track with an iconic helmet kiss.
