St. Carlo Acutis, the Italian teenager who was recently canonized, is wildly popular around the world.
And now, he’s even got his own app.
The St. Carlo Acutis Shrine & Center for Eucharistic Encounter in Malvern, Pennsylvania, launched a new mobile app inspired by St. Carlo. It’s called “Saint Carlo Acutis: Eucharistic Miracles of the World.”
The shrine collaborated with St. Carlo’s mother, Antonia Acutis, to create the app.
St. Carlo was known for using his tech skills to spread the faith — specifically, he built a website that tracked and explained the 158 Eucharistic miracles that have been recognized by the Catholic Church.
The app takes his website and makes it available as an app, with vivid information about each miracle. There’s also an interactive timeline of his life, with rarely seen photos and details, and optional “daily inspiration” quotes and a “Miracle of the Day” feature:
The Eucharistic Miracles app invites you to explore documented Eucharistic miracles from around the world, drawing from the research and witness of Saint Carlo Acutis. Through stories, images, and historical context, the app seeks to deepen understanding of the Eucharist and encourage reflection on its central place in the life of the Church.

Besides the Eucharistic miracles that were the focus of St. Carlo’s website, you can also explore the miracles attributed to St. Carlo’s intercession after his death — the miracles that helped advance his cause for canonization.
The shrine is home to the first permanent exhibit of St. Carlo’s International Eucharistic Miracles of the World, displaying the story of his extraordinary life alongside the 120+ documented miracles. Located on 125 acres of sacred grounds at Malvern Retreat House, the shrine offers a beautiful destination for prayer and learning more about St. Carlo and sainthood in the modern world.
Mary Bea Damico, Executive Director of The Saint Carlo Acutis Shrine at Malvern Retreat House, said in a statement:
Carlo used the technology of his time to bring people closer to Jesus in the Eucharist. With this App, we are carrying that mission forward, using modern technology to proclaim the Eucharist is the living heart of Jesus. The App also shares the beautiful journey of St. Carlo’s life, and invites everyone to advance in their own journey to become the saints they were created to be.
Antonia Acutis, St. Carlo’s mother, also expressed her support for the app:
Carlo loved using technology to speak about Jesus and especially about the Eucharist. It brings me joy to see his devotion shared in a way that can reach young people and families everywhere. It is very important that we continue to spread the news of the Eucharistic Miracles all around the world. The App will be a great tool in continuing this mission.
Find the app on Google Play or the App Store, and enjoy learning more about St. Carlo and his incredible mission.
