The Bernabéu observed a moment of silence before the start of the Matchday 28 La Liga game between Real Madrid and Elche in memory of Vicente Paniagua, one of the great legends of our club and European basketball, who passed away at the age of 78. He defended the Real Madrid jersey for 11 seasons, from 1966 to 1977. During that time, Paniagua won 21 titles: 3 European Cups, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 10 La Liga titles, and 7 Spanish Cups.
