Brandi Carlile, Bleachers, Big Gigantic among new Red Rocks concerts

Red Rocks Amphitheatre gears up for summer with a dynamic lineup including Brandi Carlile, Bleachers, and Needtobreathe.

DENVER — Summer concert season is just around the corner and the best venue in the country is busy adding shows to the calendar.

Brandi Carlile, Bleachers, and Needtobreathe are among the artists who announced Red Rocks Amphitheatre concerts this week.

Construction is also underway at Red Rocks with crews working on two upgrades that will debut at the venue this year. A new, permanent merchandise stand and a new east-facing terrace are expected to be completed in the springtime as the concert season ramps up.

Brandi Carlile

Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Brandi Carlile is returning to Colorado to play three shows at Red Rocks.

Bleachers

Rock band Bleachers announced their North American “Bleachers Forever tour” has a performance planned at Red Rocks on Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Big Gigantic

Electronic hip hop and jazz musical duo Big Gigantic will return to Red Rocks on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Needtobreathe

Rock band Needtobreathe announced the first leg of their headline “The Long Surrender Tour” will make a stop at Red Rocks on Monday, Sept. 14.

Joining the concert are husband-and-wife indie-folk duo Drew & Ellie Holcomb.
