CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A Greater Cincinnati wealth management firm has been sold to a regional outfit that already has a local office.
Symmes Township-based Wealth Planning Corp. was acquired Feb. 27 by Lexington, Ky.-based MCF Advisors. Wealth Planning had $617 million in assets under management, adding to MCF’s $4.1 billion in assets.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
