As technology evolves faster than ever, Rotorua Library is stepping up to ensure no one in the community is left behind.

In partnership with Digi-Coaches, the library is launching 12 weeks of free, drop-in digital support, giving Rotorua residents personalised help with everyday digital challenges.

Starting this week, a Digi-Coach
will be available Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, at Rotorua Library, Te Aka Mauri, to provide one-on-one guidance with smartphones, tablets, apps, emails, online services, artificial intelligence tools, and other digital essentials. No appointment is required; locals can drop in for support.
