Garmin has announced the release of three new smartwatches – the Venu 4, the Instinct Crossover AMOLED, and the Bounce 2 – all featuring high-definition AMOLED displays.

Venu 4 smartwatch
The Venu 4 is a new premium smartwatch with a metal design and an LED flashlight. It features Garmin Fitness Coach, which provides personalised workouts for over 25 activities, such as walking, cycling, rowing and HIIT.

The watch also introduces Health Status, a feature that tracks health metrics such as heart rate, HRV (heart rate variability), and skin temperature to identify trends, which can indicate added stress on the body.

Users can log lifestyle changes and see how choices like caffeine and alcohol consumption impact sleep, stress and HRV in the Garmin Connect app. The Venu 4 also includes advanced sleep metrics, a built-in speaker and microphone, and a spoken watch face for accessibility. It is available in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm, with a battery life of up to 12 days.

Susan Lyman, Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing at Garmin, said “We designed Venu 4 to be a personal on-wrist fitness and wellness coach.

“This premium smartwatch helps users learn even more about their body, provides data-driven insights into how their choices are affecting their health and holds them accountable so they can reach their goals with greater ease.”

The Venu 4 is available to purchase from September 22, 2025, with a suggested retail price starting at £469.99 and €549.99.

Instinct Crossover AMOLED
The Instinct Crossover AMOLED is a hybrid smartwatch that combines a bright AMOLED display with traditional analogue watch hands. It features a scratch-resistant sapphire lens and a built-in LED flashlight.

The watch is designed to be durable, meeting MIL–STD–810 military standards for thermal and shock resistance.

The Instinct Crossover AMOLED is available now, with a suggested retail price starting at £519.99 and €599.99.

Bounce 2 kids smartwatch
Garmin also announced the Bounce 2, a smartwatch for children with LTE connectivity. It allows parents to stay in touch with their child via two-way calling, text messaging, and real-time location tracking.

The watch also features a keyboard for kids to respond to messages and can transcribe voice messages for parents.

The smartwatch is swim-friendly and includes built-in sports apps for activities such as running, walking, cycling and team sports. It has up to 2 days of battery life and a suggested retail price of £259.99 and €299.99. A kids smartwatch plan is available for £9.99 or €10.99 per month.

Susan Lyman said “We are thrilled to introduce Bounce 2, a smartwatch for kids offering the perfect solution for families facing the decision to give their child a smartphone.

“The watch’s transformed design has a stylish look kids will want to wear, while the connectivity features give parents peace of mind knowing where their kids are 24/7.”
