Natural Healing, based on Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, has reported a substantial increase since opening a second studio in September.
The business has now expanded its offerings to include additional treatments and classes, as well as a fully-booked schedule of workshops and retreats.

Josh Sparks, founder of Natural Healing, said: “When we opened the studio, it felt like a lot of pressure to fill the space, but over the last six months more and more people have come through the door, and you can really feel a sense of a community building around it.
“It’s not all your typical yoga devotees.
“We wanted to create an inclusive and approachable environment, particularly for those managing injuries, chronic pain or stress.
“We’re seeing more people who’ve never done yoga or anything similar before, which has been a big shift.
“People who thought this stuff wasn’t for them are giving it a go – then telling me, ‘why have I only just started doing this now?’
“Particularly in my men’s class.”
The clinic has reported a 14 per cent rise in appointments and a 44 per cent increase in membership revenue.
Natural Healing now offers 19 movement classes each week.
The studio has attracted a wider audience, including older adults, beginners, and individuals recovering from injury.
The centre, which combines physical therapies with holistic treatments and classes, was founded in 2022 by Mr Sparks, a doctor of chiropractic and yoga instructor.
It offers chiropractic care, massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, Pilates, and meditation.
Recent additions to the timetable include early morning classes and lower-intensity evening sessions.
The business now offers reflexology.
Further services such as physiotherapy and cranial sacral therapy are planned.
Operational improvements have included the hiring of a new administrator and refining the online booking system.
There has also been interest from external instructors who want to use the studio space for their own events.
All retreats in the past year have sold out.
Events have included those tailored for mothers and babies, a perimenopause workshop, and regular men’s meet ups.

The team is now planning its first international retreat, scheduled to take place in Portugal in 2027.
Mr Sparks said: “We’ve spent the last six months building and adapting.
“Now it’s about making sure everything runs consistently – looking after our clients, supporting our team and continuing to improve what we offer to help more people feel well in body and mind.”
