The destruction to come from Paul Atreides’ descent into intergalactic war gets a new tease ahead of Dune: Part Three.

Timothée Chalamet reprises his role as Paul Atreides in the upcoming film, which follows his rise as Emperor of the Known Universe after the Dune: Part Two ending. However, his rise to power sparks a massive holy war across the universe, one that is destined to claim billions of lives, at least according to his own visions.

In the 25 seconds of footage, Paul Atreides unleashes his explosive battle forces against other planets. Check out the trailer below:

The primary purpose of the new teaser trailer is to announce that IMAX 70mm tickets for Dune: Part Three are officially on sale, which come with a limited-edition collectible filmstrip, while supplies last. IMAX 70mm is the highest-quality film format in the world, but also the most exclusive, only playing at the 19 locations listed at the end of the trailer.

While Denis Villeneuve’s first two Dune movies were shot digitally, Dune: Part Three was primarily shot on 65mm film stock, marking a major shift from the digital cinematography of the first two films. The production used a mix of 65mm and 15/70mm IMAX film cameras to achieve a more organic and tactile look.

Dune: Part Three releases in theaters on December 18.
