Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sharply criticized Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, writing on his X account that ‘Israel under my leadership will continue to fight Iran’s terror regime and its proxies, unlike Erdoğan who aids them and even massacres his Kurdish citizens.’ Netanyahu’s remarks come after Erdoğan’s government filed an unusual indictment against him and 34 other senior Israeli officials over the Navy’s seizure of the Somoud Gaza flotilla vessels in October last year.
