“Snaptrude invites students and young professionals in architecture and allied design to envision the built environment of 2035—then bring it to life, fast, using Snaptrude. Choose one of two themes and submit a compelling, future-ready proposal that balances innovation, sustainability, and human experience.”

2025 Robert L. Wesley Award
Registration/Submission Deadline: Thursday, November 13, 2025

“In 2020, the SOM Foundation created the Robert L. Wesley Award—named in honor of the first Black partner at SOM—to support BIPOC undergraduate students enrolled in architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, urban design, or engineering programs in the United States. Each year, three students will receive a $10,000 award in addition to a yearlong mentorship program that connects the students with leading BIPOC practitioners and educators. The awards are unrestricted in their use to best support the needs of students. Students are also supported by Black Spectacles as they work toward becoming licensed architects.”

Green Product Award 2026: Call for Entries
Registration/Submission Deadline: Saturday, November 15, 2025

“The Green Product Award 2026 invites companies and start-ups worldwide to submit their sustainable products and services that stand out in design, innovation, and impact. In its 13th edition, the award recognizes future-proof solutions across 14 categories – from architecture and consumer goods to mobility and new materials.”

Registration/Submission Deadline: Sunday, January 11, 2026

“Entry and submissions are now open for architects and creators under 40. The second edition of the competition takes place on Yakushima Island. With world-renowned architect Bjarke Ingels, architect Sou Fujimoto, and interior designer Masamichi Katayama as judges, the Grand Prize-winning design will be realized and sold as a NOT A HOTEL property.”
