The fourth season of Netflix’s The Witcher has already kicked off its promo period with an October 30 release date, when we’ll finally see Liam Hemsworth debut as Geralt of Rivia. Meanwhile, the fifth and final season in its last weeks of production. Today we’ll look into what other cast we’ll see in the final season.
Menno Coehoorn is now Meena Coehoorn
Naomi Battrick
We’ve learned that actress Naomi Battrick (Jamestown, The Serpent Queen) has been cast as Nilfgaardian general Meena Coehoorn in The Witcher Season 5, a female version of Menno Coehoorn from Andrzej Sapkowski’s books.
In the books, Menno Coehoorn was a participant of the Battle of Brenna, which will in be included in Season 5 in some form. We’ve already uncovered that Shani will appear in Season 5 as well as the Nilfgaardian Vrihedd brigade.
Other new additions in The Witcher Season 5 are those, who seem to be original characters. Tatjana Nardone (The Winter King) as Elora, Claire Cogan (House of the Dragon) as Kareena, Riley Woodward (Masters of the Air) as Tavish and Nadia Albina (A Thousand Blows) as Peggy.

The Witcher Season 5 is perhaps a year away from now, so we’ll see all of them then. In the meantime, we have Season 4 to anticipate in a few weeks.
The Witcher Season 4 is in post-production for a 2025 release. Andrzej Sapkowski’s new Witcher book Crossroads of Ravens is available in Poland and will be released internationally in September 2025. CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 4 is now in full production.
