BEIJING, Sept 26 — Kung fu superstar Jet Li, 62, recently sparked concerns after sharing photos of himself in hospital on social media. However, he appears to be in good health following his recovery.

As reported by Sin Chew Daily, Li was recently spotted at a car dealership in Beijing’s Fengtai District, looking slightly fatigued. He wore a white T-shirt, a grey coat, and sunglasses.

What drew media attention, however, were the valuable accessories he wore. Around his neck, Li donned a nine-eyed Dzi bead, said to be one of only two in the world. He purchased the bead in 2010 at Jokhang Temple in Tibet for a reported 20 million yuan (RM11.8 million), and it is now valued at over 100 million yuan.

Li has previously shared that the bead saved his life during the 2004 Indonesian tsunami. He recalled, “The night before, I dreamed of a monk telling me the tide was about to rise. Upon waking, my nanny confirmed it, and I immediately rushed my wife and children to safety.”

Li also wore a bracelet valued at 2 million yuan, reportedly made from top-quality red clay agarwood sourced from Vietnam.

The reason for Li’s visit to the dealership was reportedly to collect a new car, purchased as a wedding gift for his eldest daughter, Li Si. Two months ago, Li shared on social media that his daughter was set to marry.
