After 13 years, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are parting with their family’s Los Angeles home. The beloved ’90s actors met while filming the 1997 horror movie I Know What You Did Last Summer and got married in 2002. They originally bought the Brentwood estate in August 2013 for $6.1 million and raised their two children there.
The couple first put the 7,300-square-foot house on the market as a rental in March 2025 for $60,000 per month. They are now asking $10.5 million for the gated property, which sits on a third of an acre and comes with an outdoor pool.
