Mighty Hoopla, the UK’s biggest pop festival, is coming back with a bang this weekend. Lily Allen and Scissor Sisters top the bill for the two-day fest this year and, as ever, the rest of the lineup is dripping with queer icons and noughties pop nostalgia.
We’re talking the likes of JLS, Alexandra Burke, Cascada, Jessie J, Jane Macdonald and the Wanted. That’s not to mention the drag performances, the DJ sets, the singalongs dedicated to Madonna, Britney, George Michael and more, plus a Gay Gooners Champions League viewing party for any Arsenal fans there on Saturday. Oh, and there’s a surprise guest to look out for on the main stage on Saturday, too.
For the girls, gays and theys who bought their tickets months ago and those who are trying to find tickets last minute, here’s everything you need to know about Mighty Hoopla 2026, from the full lineup and set times to the after parties.

When and where is Mighty Hoopla 2026?
Mighty Hoopla will be back in south London’s Brockwell Park from Saturday May 30 to Sunday May 31.
What time do gates open?
Punters can access the site from 12pm each day. Keep in mind that there’s no re-entry – once you’re in, you’re in.

How to get to Mighty Hoopla festival
There’s no parking available in or around the area and attendees are actively discouraged from driving to the event.
If you’re taking the train, the nearest station is Herne Hill, which is served by Thameslink and Southeastern. It’s just 0.3 miles from the site. You could also travel on the Victoria line to Brixton Underground station which is a roughly one mile walk. Prefer to cycle? There will be parking for e-bikes near the festival.
The closest bus stops are on Dulwich Road and Norwood Road, each around 130 metres (2 minute walk) away from the Herne Hill entrance to the park.
Are there any tickets left?
You can still pick up some resale tickets from the festival’s official resale partner Tixel. At the time of writing there are plenty of weekend and Sunday tickets up for grabs. Take a look here.
What’s the weather looking like?
Most importantly, it’s going to be warm and dry. On Saturday afternoon, the Met Office says that London will reach 29C, though there will be some cloud coverage. The city will cool down a bit on Sunday and only reach as high as 24C.
Bag policy and banned items
Revellers can’t bring in a bag any bigger than A4 size. There aren’t any lockers on site so you won’t be able to store a bag anywhere if it’s not allowed into the festival. Bringing your own food isn’t permitted either, though you can bring water in reusable bottles inside. On top of that, you won’t be allowed to take in any of the following items:
Balaclavas, face coverings or masks, except for religious reasons or medically certified health exemptions
Glitter
Glass in any form (including perfume bottles and baby food)
Cans or metal containers, with the exception of empty reusable water bottles, which can be filled inside the event at free drinking water stations.
Spray cans, Gas cannisters or compressed gas in any container
Fireworks, flares, smoke cannisters, Chinese lanterns
Filming equipment
Camping stoves or cooking apparatus, explosives
Handheld communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners
Firearms, knives or blades, or replica weapons of any sort
Large umbrellas
Balloons
Stools/camping sticks /stick chairs/ chairs or other furniture
Gazebos or parasols
Sports equipment
Flags and banners on poles
Megaphones, amplification equipment
Klaxons, airhorns or other similar items capable of making a loud noise
Laser pens
Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, trolleys and buggies
Hi-visibility tabards or similar

The party doesn’t stop when you leave Brockwell Park. On Saturday Head for Clapham Grand to keep the night going. On Saturday, there’ll be DJ sets from Push The Button and Silly B*tch Disco and performances from Diana Vickers and Pavie Valsa. And on Sunday make your way to Effra Social for a MEGAPOP night featuring bangers from ABBA, Sugababes, Chappell Roan, Cher, The Cure and Taylor Swift.
