The loss of a life is the loss of an entire world. Over the past year, COLlive.com has shared the obituaries of men, women, and even children who sadly passed away.
Each article told their life story and gave expression to the pain of their passing. We thank all those who contributed to writing them.
As the holy day of Yom Kippur approaches, we share with you the full list to honor their memories. Though their presence is missed, their lives and impact remain etched in the hearts.
Additional articles and tributes were written for some of the deceased, yet we present here the obituaries as they originally appeared.
This past year, the Jewish nation has also lost many of our brothers and sisters who were killed in Israel’s battle against its enemies. While not all of them are listed here, we salute their sacrifice al kiddush Hashem.
“May their souls be bound in the bond of life” and may all the families be comforted, and may we be reunited with them with the coming of Moshiach, speedily in our days.
