GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) — The Health Alliance Plan by Henry Ford Health has expanded into Traverse City.
A ribbon cutting was held on Front Street Wednesday.
The Michigan-based insurance offers insurance benefits to members from both commercial and Medicare, while fully in-network with Munson Healthcare.
The building is not a place members can drop in, but a place for internal meetings to support various employers in this market.

Health Alliance Plan is now in 21 northern Michigan counties and has about 6,000 members.
