Deftones fans have been abuzz this morning after apparent leaks of material from the band’s shelved 2008 album Eros and demo sessions for 2020’s Ohms began circulating online.

A message board post reportedly shared 11 tracks said to originate from the Eros sessions, including the previously released “Smile.” The songs, which appear to carry working titles, include:

Eros was shelved following the 2008 car accident that left bassist Chi Cheng seriously injured. Cheng died from complications related to those injuries in 2013. Chino Moreno said last year that the record remained largely unfinished and that the band preferred to keep it unreleased, suggesting the newly circulating files may be demos.

Also reportedly making the rounds are demos from the Ohms sessions, including an unreleased track titled “Sensations.”

The authenticity of the material has not yet been confirmed, and the band have not publicly addressed the apparent leaks.
