There’s an active recall on at least 944,142 bottles of heart and kidney medications prescribed and sold nationwide, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This is due to the “presence of foreign substance” in some of the bottles, as well as reported Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) deviations.

Below are the specific medications distributed by Amgen, Inc. being recalled, which may have been prescribed to people with chronic heart failure, chronic kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism and other conditions:
