Taylor Swift will soon be sipping coffee on a late-night show — multiple late-night shows, in fact. The “Cruel Summer” artist is promoting her brand-new album, The Life of a Showgirl, out Oct. 3, and she’s ready to chat about it with hosts Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers and Graham Norton.

This isn’t the first time that Swift has appeared on the late-night show circuit — she’s promoted previous albums before, like when she sat down with Meyers in November 2021 to discuss Red (Taylor’s Version) ahead of her Saturday Night Live performance. Doing multiple late-night shows for a single album rollout, however, is rare for the singer, who typically uses her massive social media platform to make announcements and, of course, drop Easter eggs for her work.

So what can Swifties expect from the Eras Tour icon’s time on the late-night couch? Here’s what we know.

The Graham Norton Show on Oct. 3

Swift’s first promotional stop is The Graham Norton Show. The U.K.-based talk show airs at 10:40 p.m. in London, which makes it 5:40 p.m. ET. American Swifties can watch the show on BBC America (or via AMC+), which usually posts the show days after its original airtime.

On Wednesday, Norton teased that he’s getting ready for Swift’s appearance on his show with an Instagram post of himself wearing headphones. “Can you guess what I’m listening to???” he wrote in the comments section. “#lifeofashowboy Roll on Friday!!”

Swift most recently appeared on Norton’s show in 2023 to celebrate the release of her album Midnights, joining Bono, Eddie Redmayne, Alex Scott and musical guest Lady Blackbird on the couch. In addition to promoting her new work, she spoke about rerecording her previous albums after she was unable to buy her masters — something she was finally able to achieve in 2025.

“I am thankful to radio stations across the U.S. that will only play my new versions. It is so heartwarming,” Swift said at the time. “It is something that I care about but don’t expect other people to care about it.”

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Oct. 6

Swift is making her seventh appearance on Fallon’s show three days after the release of The Life of a Showgirl. She’ll join actress Keri Russell on the show as well as musical guest the Format.

Fallon teased the “Anti-Hero” singer joining his show in a Sept. 24 Instagram video, which showed Fallon at a roulette table in Las Vegas. (Naturally, the ball bounced right to number 13 — Swift’s favorite number.) After he left the table, a slew of showgirls — including one in orange — collide into him. One says, “Excuse us, honey” — perhaps a nod to Swift’s Showgirl track “Honey.”

Swift previously made headlines on Jimmy Fallon’s show in October 2019, when Fallon shared a video of Swift acting delirious with the host after getting LASIK surgery. Swift was promoting her album Lover at the time.

You can watch Swift on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC at 11:35 ET and stream it the next day on Peacock.

Late Night With Seth Meyers on Oct. 8

Meyers announced that Swift would be a guest on his talk show in a Sept. 29 Instagram post, in which he wore a sparkly orange cardigan — a hot merch item from the singer’s Showgirl collection. But it’s not just a regular appearance: as Meyers’s turquoise-and-orange coffee mug states in the video, it’s a “TAY/kover” of the talk show. The whole episode will be a conversation between Meyers and Swift.

You can watch Late Night With Seth Meyers at 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC and stream the episode the next day on Peacock.

The last time Swift appeared on Meyers’s talk show was in 2021, where she discussed Red (Taylor’s Version), which included a 10-minute version of her song “All Too Well.”

“At the time I was, like, honestly, really sad ’cause I’d actually gone through the stuff that I had sung about,” Swift told Meyers about recording the original version of the song. “But this time, I’ve got sunglasses on and a mojito and just, like, it’s chill this time. It’s really nice to be able to put this album out and not be sad, not be taking breaks in between interviews to cry. I’m telling you, it’s much better this way.”
