Consumer confidence in Germany picked up slightly as peace negotiations between Iran and the U.S. support the stabilization of sentiment, albeit at subdued levels.
Germany’s consumer-climate index, published Thursday by research group Nuremberg Institute for Market Decisions and GfK, rose to minus 29.2 in its forecast for July, from minus 29.7 for June.
