Matthew Aaron VanDyke, 46, was arrested by India’s National Investigation Agency and is now seeking approval to bring an induction cooker and basic kitchen equipment into his cell, along with ingredients including pasta, chicken, red meat, lentils, olive oil, milk and soya milk, with his family offering to cover the cost.
