Gabrielle Zevin’s Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow was a hit when it released in 2022, spending several weeks on the New York Times Best Seller List for fiction and earning a starred review from Kirkus. It charts the up-and-down relationship of Sadie Green and Sam Masur, childhood friends who end up making video games together. This October, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow will receive a beautiful illustrated edition from the Folio Society.

Featuring artwork by artist Manshen Lo and a brand-new introduction from Zevin, Folio’s illustrated edition will include a holographic slipcase, seven illustrations throughout, and illustrated endpapers with different artwork for the front and back of the book. Folio describes the “contemporary classic” as “Clever, nostalgic and quietly profound, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow explores what it means to play — and keep playing — through everything life throws at you.”

Folio Society editor Sophia Schoepfer said Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow was a “natural choice” to receive a special edition from the publisher. “This novel delves into universal themes of platonic love and chasing one’s dreams. At its heart, it is one of the most heartfelt tales of devotion and creativity you’ll ever read: an ode to friendship and an astute reflection on relationships that change but endure over time,” she said in a news release.

Readers may not be able to get their hands on the Folio edition tomorrow (and tomorrow and…), but they won’t have to wait long. The Folio Society edition will go on sale Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. EST for $90.
