A local solicitor has called on people across the region to make sure they make a will.
Pierce O’Sullivan from O’Sullivan Murtagh Solicitors in Cootehill says while it’s one of the most straightforward process to do with a solicitor but one of the most important things that we do in life.
Mr O’Sullivan said while people don’t like to discuss death, it’s important that a will is made by all adults no matter their age.
He says if you don’t make a will, you don’t have a say in where you want your estate to go, adding that if you have any assets you should make a will and you can alter your will at any time throughout your life.
The local solicitor says no matter what your circumstances are, you should take the tine to have a will in place.
