In tonight’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Maira surprises everyone by asking Armaan to marry Abhira. Her unexpected request leaves Armaan completely taken aback, and he quietly walks away, unable to respond.
Kaveri Feels Guilty, Vidya Offers Advice
Elsewhere, Vidya notices that Kaveri hasn’t touched her food and asks the reason. Kaveri admits that she feels guilty for shouting at Maira earlier. Vidya consoles her, saying that Maira is just a child and must have forgotten about it by now. However, Kaveri disagrees, calling Maira not a child but a stubborn girl.
Vidya Hopes for AbhiMaan Reunion, Kaveri Disagrees
Vidya wonders aloud to Kaveri if there’s a possibility for Abhira and Armaan to reunite. However, Kaveri firmly disagrees, pointing out that Armaan has caused Abhira deep pain and winning her forgiveness won’t be easy. While Vidya believes that love can overcome past mistakes and destiny often brings lovers back together, Kaveri stays steadfast, insisting that Abhira will never accept Armaan again.
Armaan Grapples with Guilt
Meanwhile, Armaan confides that there is no possibility of him and Abhira reuniting. He wonders how he can make Maira understand this harsh truth. Manoj advises him to be honest with Maira and explain how much pain he has caused Abhira in the past. Manisha adds that Armaan already knows his mistakes well.
Manoj Criticises, Manisha Defends
Manoj continues, saying that Armaan’s love for Abhira was never strong enough, which is why he ended up marrying Geetanjali, while Abhira stepped away from her relationship with Anshuman. Manisha defends Armaan, insisting that Geetanjali had blackmailed him into the marriage.
Manoj, however, doesn’t stop criticising, leaving Armaan heartbroken and filled with guilt, realising that he may never be worthy of Abhira’s love again. Maira overhears this conversation and emotionally asks him why he feels that way.
Abhira Misses Armaan and Maira
On the other hand, Abhira finds herself missing Armaan and Maira deeply. She reflects that while they might appear perfect together in a picture, their reality can never be the same. Meanwhile, Armaan tries to explain to Maira that she’s too young to understand such complex emotions, but Maira insists she knows exactly what she’s saying — Abhira needs love, and only Armaan can mend their broken family. Armaan feels torn and helpless as Maira’s innocence stirs his heart, convincing him to try and win Abhira back for the sake of their family’s happiness.
Armaan Joins Abhira’s College

At the hostel, Abhira and Alia are startled when the warden scolds the students, reminding them to focus on their studies instead of getting distracted by romantic relationships. Soon after, Armaan makes an unexpected entry at Abhira’s college, leaving everyone stunned. Abhira is shocked to see him there and demands to know why he has come.
With a calm smile, Armaan reveals that he has taken admission to the same college. While Abhira looks irritated by his sudden decision, the other girls can’t help but be charmed by his presence.
