Alliance Laundry Holdings Inc. shares rose 13% after the company and its private equity backer raised $826.3 million in its initial public offering.
The commercial washer and dryer maker’s stock closed at $24.82 on Thursday in New York, versus an IPO price of $22 each. The company sold 24.4 million shares and BDT & MSD Partners sold 13.2 million in the offering, which was upsized by 10% and priced at the top of a marketed range.
