Julia Roberts‘ husband Danny Moder is celebrating the actress’ 59th birthday with a throwback photo and a sweet message.
Moder, 57, marked the occasion on Instagram Wednesday, Oct. 28.
“Celebrating everyday… but October 28 the most,” he wrote alongside the photo. “More candles bring more joy. Love you so much.”
In the snap, Moder kisses Roberts’ shoulder as she laughs in front of her birthday cake, which is decorated with an abundance of candles.
The couple met while working on the set of The Mexican in 2000. Roberts was starring in the film as Brad Pitt’s love interest, while Moder served as the cameraman.
The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony held at Roberts’ 82-acre ranch in Taos, N.M., on July 4, 2002.
This past July, the pair celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary.

The Pretty Woman star shared an Instagram selfie resting her head on Moder’s shoulder as they enjoyed a bit of sunlight on their anniversary.

“TWENTY ❤️🤍💙 FOUR,” Roberts captioned the photo. “MORE MORE MORE 🤩.”
“Getting married to Danny. That was the first, like, my life will never be the same in the most incredible, indescribable way,” Roberts said of their union, while on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop podcast in 2018. “The best decision I ever made in my entire life was to hitch my wagon to Danny Moder.”
The couple has since welcomed three children—twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 21, and son Henry, 19.
