Motorola has unveiled the Moto G47 Power, a smartphone featuring a 7,000mAh battery, a 108MP camera, and a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The company promises up to 78 hours of battery life on a single charge. The recommended retail price in the European Union is €339.

The main difference from the standard Moto G47 is the larger battery, with capacity increased from 5,200mAh to 7,000mAh. Wired charging power has also been increased from 20W to 30W. The smartphone additionally supports reverse wired charging at up to 6W, allowing it to charge earbuds or other devices. The larger battery affects the phone’s dimensions: it measures 8.89mm thick and weighs 215g.

The claimed 78-hour battery life is based on a mixed-use scenario that includes periods of activity and standby under optimal network conditions. Actual battery life will depend on usage, settings, and signal quality.

The Moto G47 Power features a 6.67-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1604 × 720 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 1,050 nits. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, while the Water Touch feature is designed to improve touch recognition when the surface is wet.

Performance is handled by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The memory configuration is modest, with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, although storage can be expanded by up to 1TB using a microSD card. RAM Boost is also available, using part of the internal storage as virtual memory. The smartphone runs Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI.

The main 108MP camera has an f/1.7 aperture and is accompanied by a 2MP macro camera, while an 8MP camera is installed on the front. Motorola also claims 3× lossless zoom.

Other features include 5G, NFC, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, while the manufacturer says it has passed tests under selected MIL-STD-810H procedures.

The Moto G47 Power will be available in a 4GB/128GB configuration for €339 in three Pantone colors: Nautical Blue, Capri, and Impenetrable. Pricing and availability in Ukraine have not yet been announced.

As a reminder, the Moto G67 Power, powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, also previously received a 7,000mAh battery. You can learn more about another model in the series in our Motorola G57 Power review.
