ELITE are a registered charity working with disabled people or those at a disadvantage, aged 14 to 65+ across South, Mid and West Wales.

ELITE Supported Employment supports hundreds of people every year with vocational opportunities, training and employment and offer a free recruitment service to bring employers and disabled people together to enable successful recruitment practices. Funding is also available to employers looking to hire through ELITE. Depending on the projects available. 

Their brand new project, SustainAbility, helps young people get ready for jobs that protect the environment.

If you’re aged 16 to 30 and looking to grow your confidence, learn new skills, and get hands-on experience in the world of Green Careers, this project is for you.
