Reports reveal that during the filming of The Boys season 5, Jensen Ackles ended up walking out of one scene because of how shocking it was. The scene in question caught him so off guard that he had to gather his thoughts for a moment before preparing himself to film it again.
“They were like, ‘Uhh… cut’, and I was like, ‘I’m sorry… I wasn’t prepared for that… and I don’t think anybody else will be either,’” said Ackles, recalling how disturbed and surprised he was by the scene. Unfortunately, the Supernatural star did not delve into the details of what the scene was and how it connects to Soldier Boy.
As a viewer, one can make some wild guesses about what it will be, but The Boys has always found some of the most creative and incredibly unexpected ways to raise its shock value. Owing to this, viewers will have to wait until The Boys season 5 actually unfolds the scene in question.
