Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty 50 has been in pause mode since the start of the week. 25,150 is turning out to be an important level for the index. The previous two sessions before Tuesday saw the Nifty defend that level and see some rebound, but that was not to be on Tuesday.
However, the index did see an 80-point recovery from the lows on the weekly expiry session and closed near that 25,150 mark. Midcap IT will be the focal point in today’s session after Persistent Systems’ earnings beat.

Results also come from three HDFC Group companies, HDB Financial, HDFC AMC and HDFC Life Insurance. IRFC, KEI Industries, Oberoi Realty, L&T Finance, MRPL, Delta Corp, Angel One are some of the other broader market names reporting results today.
