WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event looks a lot like another of its special annual shows, Night of Champions. That’s because every match scheduled for this fourth iteration of SNME in 2025 has a title at stake, including CM Punk vs. Jey Uso for the vacant world heavyweight championship and undisputed WWE champion Cody Rhodes in action against Drew McIntyre.
The world heavyweight title is ownerless after Seth Rollins suffered an injury, sidelining him for six months and forcing him to vacate the title. The strap will go home with either Punk or Uso, each seeking their second reign with it. Rhodes stakes the company’s biggest prize against McIntyre once more. The match comes with an added wrinkle: Rhodes has agreed to forgo his championship advantage, meaning McIntyre will win the title if Rhodes is counted out or disqualified.Â
Rounding out Saturday Night’s Main Event are title defenses by intercontinental champion Dominik Mysterio and WWE women’s champion Tiffany Stratton.
WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event will be presented live from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. It is set to begin at 7 p.m. ET. CBS Sports will be with you the whole way through the event, providing updates and highlights as the action unfolds in the live blog below.
