Vivo X300 and X300 Pro expected specifications

The Vivo X300 series continues the familiar design of the company’s X lineup. Both models feature large circular camera modules with Zeiss branding. The X300 is available in Halo Pink and Phantom Black, while the X300 Pro comes in Dune Brown and Phantom Black. Both offer IP68-rated water and dust resistance.

Early reports have suggested that the X300 Pro might boast a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, while the standard X300 gets a smaller 6.31-inch display with the same specifications. Powering the X300 flagship lineup is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip, with support for LPDDR5x RAM.

The X300 lineup is expected to run on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 layered on top. Furthermore, the company promises to offer up to five major Android upgrades. Users can expect refined animations, enhanced personalisation options, and improved system efficiency throughout the experience.

Under the hood, the X300 series is powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset built on a 3nm process. It features an octa-core CPU with one ultra-performance 4.21 GHz core, three high-speed 3.5 GHz cores, and four efficiency-focused 2.7 GHz cores, paired with the Arm G1-Ultra GPU for smooth visuals and gaming.

Vivo appears to be raising the bar once again in terms of photography. The X300 Pro comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, and a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN1 lens for expansive shots.

Meanwhile, the standard X300 mirrors the Pro’s ultra-wide setup but switches things around with a 50MP LYT-602 periscope telephoto and a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor with OIS for crisp and detailed photos.

For selfies and video calls, both the X300 and X300 Pro pack a 50MP front camera, ensuring sharp and vibrant results every time.
