The AFL Grand Final weekend is also the weekend of the Friends of Paynesville Library’s last book sale for the year.
Running on September 26, 27 and 28 from 10am to 3pm, the sale will be held in the Paynesville Community Hall just behind the library.
Once again, thanks to many generous donations from the community, there will be a wide variety of books on offer.
Again there will be three hidden money vouchers to
be found, plus one that remains unfound from the previous sale.
The CWA Ladies will be providing a sumptuous selection of cakes and slices for sale on Saturday morning and as usual there will be a shopping trolley for your donations to the Food Bank, if you can help.
See you there to pick up all your Christmas reading needs.
