In terms of performances, he is ranked second after the Drishyam 2 actor, and while he did an incredible job and the movie is earning well, the case remains that he is in his shadow. Now, a new post by the actor just proves how much.

Ranveer Singh recently posted a photo on Instagram with Flipperachi’s “FA9LA” and everyone is only praisingAkshaye Khanna. The entire comment section feels like it was meant to be for Khanna’s Instagram page, if he had one. However, it has turned into a platform for fans to apologise to Singh because he was overshadowed in his movie.

That is not to say that the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actor did a bad job. Just that the Dil Chahta Hai actor did a much better job. There is a sense of peace that comes with knowing that Singh didn’t force anyone to underperform for his own sake.

Instead, his film featured some of the best performances by everyone involved. It spoke of a confidence within oneself to not fear anyone else outperforming them. However, it is the fans who have taken over his feed and are now making sure he knows even more just how much Akshaye Khanna deserves the praise.
