LUBBOCK, Texas – Despite leading the NFL in tackles, former Red Raider and Miami Dolphins linebacker Jordyn Brooks was not selected to the Pro Bowl on Tuesday. Brooks recorded a game-high 14 tackles in Miami’s loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, marking his ninth double-digit tackle performance of the season. He increased his season total to 169 tackles, nine more than the next closest player in the league.

In addition to Brooks’ start, several other former Red Raiders started for their respective teams over the weekend, including Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (Arizona Cardinals), Terence Steele (Dallas Cowboys) and Caleb Rogers (Las Vegas Raiders).

S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): After missing five-straight games dealing with an ankle injury, Taylor-Demerson returned to the lineup making his third start of the season at safety. He led the Cardinals with a career-high 11 tackles and added one pass breakup.
