Since late 2024, BMLL has grown its presence in APAC with the addition of Shanghai, Bombay, NSE India, Korea, Taipei, Thailand, Taiwan and New Zealand data. ASX 24 futures have also been included on the platform.

Paul Humphrey, BMLL CEO, commented, “We are focused on accelerating the company’s next phase of growth, strengthening our leadership and commercial presence, coupled with a broader push into greater global derivatives market coverage. APAC is a key part of that wider strategy.”

King has more than 25 years of experience and joins BMLL from S&P Global, where she was managing director and head of solution sales for APAC, the Middle East and Africa. Earlier in her career, King led APAC equity sales at Markit.

In MENA, BMLL has partnered with the Saudi Tadawul Group’s technology and innovation business to launch WAMID Analytics, offering analytical tools for local and international markets.

The service uses BMLL’s analytics dashboard, which produces metrics from global order book data.

“[This] represents a major step forward in WAMID’s mission to deliver innovative market infrastructure solutions that strengthen the Saudi capital market and enhance its global integration,” stated WAMID CEO Yazeed Al Domaiji.
