All sales are final!

Okay, okay, that’s not true for every purchase you make, but if you buy a painting from an artist, that’s yours to keep…FOREVER.

Check out what this Reddit user had to say and see if you think they’re wrong for not giving a customer a refund.

Start now!

“I run a business, and sold a handmade painting which is 10 x 10 inches for $70.

I spent the money on shipping labels for other stuff, have just moved, and was hit with an unexpected bill bringing my account to negative $10. I don’t even have money to feed myself tonight.

Uh oh…

So this customer emails me asking for a refund because they thought the item was bigger, however I listed it in the description and title.

I told them no refund because it was clearly listed.

Now it’s getting ugly…

They sent me back a nasty email saying I’m an unprofessional scammer for sending such a small item for that price, and that they’d be telling everyone not to purchase from me.

AITA for not giving the customer a refund because they thought my painting was bigger?”

Here’s what Reddit users had to say about this.

This reader said they’re NTA.

They’re not about to give this customer their money back!
