The Central Pennsylvania Music Awards announced its 2026 nominees Wednesday afternoon, featuring a variety of Lancaster-based acts.

The show itself will be at the American Music Theatre, 2425 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 4. This is the awards show’s seventh annual event, and its second at the American Music Theatre. Tickets remaining to attend the show cost $40.

The show originally moved from the Hershey Theatre to the American Music Theatre because the Hershey Theatre underwent massive construction projects in 2025.

“We were thoroughly impressed with AMT last year,” says Brandon Valentine, executive director and founder of the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame, in an email. “While the Hershey Theatre is closer to our physical location, portions of their facility that are crucial to our event are still under construction.”

Ahead of the show, fans will vote on their favorite acts for each category from now through Jan. 19. Fans can vote by visiting CPMA’s website and clicking on each category heading, which are underlined. Voting does not require signup.

Several bands and musicians based in or from Lancaster County received nominations, including:
