No one is as happy as a polar bear basking in the powdery glory of a fresh snowfall. For a polar bear, the snow is their natural place and their happy place.
So, it’s no surprise that the polar bear in this video could barely contain themselves while joyously rolling around in the snow. And best of all, this polar bear was given the official title of “snow quality tester,” and unsurprisingly, they excelled in their new role!
Honestly, this precious polar bear’s snowfall shenanigans could not be any cuter! We humans might only see a snowy field at sunset, but to this gleeful polar bear, it’s a magical winter wonderland.
According to this video’s caption, this lucky polar bear is just doing their duty as an “official snow quality tester.” There’s no question of how happy this polar bear is. Just like there is no doubt about their bona fides. This polar bear was born to take on this role, plain and simple!

Much like a dog joyously rolling around in the mud, this polar bear is just polar bearing. It’s so great to see such a majestic animal so totally in their element.
Unsurprisingly, the Internet absolutely adored this polar bear’s playful antics. Some people even compared this polar bear’s playful nature to how their beloved canine companions roll around on their beds at home.
The Polar Bears at This Wildlife Park Really Enjoy Themselves
As this other video shows, the polar bears at the Peak Wildlife Park don’t just get to enjoy the pleasures of a nice snowfall; the staff there also work diligently to ensure that these bears get to enjoy plenty of stimulating enrichment, too.
In this video, the staff builds these polar bears an enrichment toy shaped like a whale using a barrel, wood chips, and an old fire hose to stimulate their instincts for how they would tear through a whale carcass in the wild.
They also filled this toy with plenty of tasty treats that these polar bears got to enjoy as they tore through it. So, it’s basically a Kong toy for polar bears.
Unsurprisingly, these polar bears absolutely loved it, jumping up and down on it, which looked funny because it was like they were giving the whale toy CPR, LOL.
It was absolutely adorable to watch them jump all over this whale carcass toy and play with it in the water. It’s great to know that these polar bears are so happy!
