Jennifer Lawrence is sharing the one movie role Emma Stone got that she wanted.
The Oscar-winning actresses are close friends and have been for many years, and the Die, My Love star spoke fondly of Emma during a recent Q&A with Josh Horowitz held at the 92NY Kaufmann Concert Hall in New York on Wednesday (January 7).

She was asked about auditioning for the same role as the Bugonia actress and admitted there was one part she was bummed not to land, per People.
“The one that I wanted that she got was Easy A,” Jennifer revealed, referring to the 2010 rom-com directed by Will Gluck.
“I was nuts for Easy A, and I really should have gotten it, right? The movie could have turned out great,” she joked, a nod to the movie’s critical acclaim and box office performance.
