The Gist
Pamela Anderson recently revealed that she had gone back to platinum blonde hair.
She debuted her blonde hair on the red carpet at the 2026 WWD Style Awards on January 9.
Her blonde bob was styled in a larger-than-life bouncy blowout.
Well, it’s officially awards season. And the award for Most Ways to Wear a Bob goes to… Pamela Anderson, naturally. The Naked Gun actress has been cycling through the roster of bob looks over the past few months, going from retro blonde bob to shaggy red bob. Now, she’s back to blonde. But this time, her bob is bigger and bouncier than ever.

The actress first debuted her return to platinum blonde hair in a January 9 Instagram post, which included a few polaroid shots of her blonde hair—including one that featured a rose-colored streak on one side. The same day, she debuted her blonde hair on the red carpet at the 2026 WWD Style Awards. She showed off her new blonde locks with a giant, swept back blowout.

As her hair stylist John Nollet noted on his Instagram Stories, her new look and style were inspired by the 1963 film La Baie des Anges, which starred Jeanne Moreau with a similar blonde ‘do.
Anderson added to the cool effect by sporting a pair of giant square sunglasses throughout the evening. She also wore an oversized draped black coatdress.
Nollet previously took Anderson to a bright red look, which she wore in a shaggy bob, a slicked back bob, and a choppy style.
As source told InStyle, the red look was for Anderson’s upcoming role in Michael Cera’s directorial debut, Love is Not the Answer. Nollet once again took inspiration from a classic French icon for that look, citing Isabelle Huppert.
