Human resources technology firm Employment Hero has accused online recruitment giant Seek of threatening its long-term viability by cutting off access to its data, in fresh filings in an increasingly bitter legal fight that will drag on until late next year.
Seek is an investor in Employment Hero through its venture capital fund, but has cut off its access to the Seek API. This is a technology tool that allows software companies such as Employment Hero to directly post job ads to Seek and manage candidates’ applications.
